Isabel Allende

Isabel Allende is the acclaimed author of eight novels, a collection of stories, three memoirs and a trilogy of children’s novels. Her books have been translated into more than 27 languages and have become bestsellers across four continents. In 2004 she was inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Letters. She presented Inés of My Soul. Set in the 16th century, it tells the story of a daring conquistador who leaves Spain to journey across the ocean to the colony of Peru.
