Liam Card studied writing at the University of Iowa and the University of North Carolina. He is a screenwriter and author of the novels Stopgap and Exit Papers from Paradise. Liam lives in Toronto. He presents Stopgap, a story of a spirit that decides to rid the world of all crime.
Shari Lapena worked as a lawyer and as an English teacher before turning to writing fiction. She has written two award-winning literary novels, and The Couple Next Door is her suspense debut.

Karin Wells is an internationally recognized CBC radio documentary maker with a long and varied career. Trained as a lawyer, she has produced documentaries on subjects as varied as post conflict resolution in Mozambique and victim rights to opera in the English countryside. She has reported from more than 50 countries and is regularly heard on CBC Radio's The Sunday Edition as both a guest host and documentary maker.
